  Verify that your item is unopened and within the 30-day return window, or ensure your treatment package is eligible for a prorated refund based on our service terms.

  Reach out to our guest services team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization number and confirm the specific details of your request.

  Prepare Shipment

  Securely package your unused products with the original receipt and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
